Cancellation And Refund Policies

MISSION hopes everyone who registers for the Admission Test will be able to attend; however, AL-AZHAR MISSION
knows extenuating circumstances do occur. The Cancellation and Refund Policies are as
follows:
1. We request that you cancel at least
24 hours before a scheduled Admission Test. You may cancel by phone . If you
have to cancel your Registration within one day before the test commencement,
but no refund will be on or after the date of Admission Test.
2. If your cancellation is at least 24 hours in advance of the date of
Admission Test, you will receive a full refund.
3. You may cancel your class up to 24 hours before the class Admission Test and
request to receive a full refund.
4. You may request to cancel your Registration for a full refund, up to 24
hours before the date and time of the Admission Test
5. The refund amount will credit in your account with 7 working day after the
date of Admission Test.
6. When you register for Admission Test, you agree to these terms.
